This present case study is about a High-risk Pregnancy that includes Pregnancy-induced Hypertension and an abnormal range of Uterine artery pressure, 22 years old female consulted to Gynaecologist for complaint missing menstrual cycle. They were diagnosed with positive the help urinary pregnancy test (UPT). In 13th week, as per routine follow-up gone antenatal ultrasound scan report shows There single live intrauterine gestation Right uterine PI left high-risk pregnancy. After time patient has given blood sample thyroid profile. Reports revealed TRI IODO THYRONINE (T3)-2.13H THYROXINE (T4) 21.9 H are in higher noticed pressure side induced (PIH) will affect both mother fetus its way, on side, it increases called preeclampsia affects fetal growth result Intrauterine restriction, premature birth, Stillbirth (1). week Pregnancy, patients introduced yoga therapy, including Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, etc., three days regularly till date delivery followed delivery. Yoga helps normalize impacts outcomes standard APGAR score babies healthy birth weight. Does not show any complications maternal side.
